Would like to see some sort of programable buttons, or rather customizable ones. Specifically on the desktop app, possibly some sort of button with a drop down menu with options you can select from that then that button would represent. EXAMPLE: One option could be "Park" when you hit that button it would hit transfer and then dial the *68 code and all you would need to enter is the extension to park against. Then there could be a second button that is "Park Pickup" that does the opposite of the previous one.
It gets confusing for some users that they have to hit "transfer" first and then dial a * code.
