Make it possible for attendees to disable

Make it possible for attendees to disable notification when anyone joins or leave the meeting.

very annoying in large meetings to have the notification sound every time someone is entering or leaving the meeting. Would be nice to have the possibility to disable or at least choose another sound that is less disturbing...
