Recent device calls remain available in call history file in Control Hub whilst not on the Webex room device itself

We manage a large number of Webex device for central government. Due to GDPR/AVG compliance we had to disable the overview of recent calls on the room devices itself. However, the back side is that this from that very moment also removes all recent call info from the devices in control hub when creating/downloading a callhistory.txt file. After downloading the file it is empty or only shows the calls before the recent calls had been disabled on the device. This limits our trouble shooting options. Please can you fix this by having the call info available in control hub whilst on the same time not on the webex device?
