Users frequently have one app docked on one side of their screen and Webex docked on the other side of the screen, (Windows side-by-side options) with occasionally other apps on top of both. When a new notification comes in and the user clicks on the notification, Webex un-docks itself and "Jumps" back to being centered on the screen. This is disruptive and discourages users from clicking on their notifications. This same behavior occurs when users have monitors in vertical orientations.
