For Meetings block camera feed viewing for all attendees like Training platform

On the Training platform attendees are not able to see attendee camera feed. Only panelists/hosts get to see attendee camera feed. This feature should exist in Meetings for several reasons:

  1. Meetings seem to have all the technology and features added, while Training platform seems to be outdated and not much innovation goes into it.

  2. When training/presenting to a group, sometimes you need to view attendees to certify/verify that the person attended to award professional continuing education credits.

  3. In the case that cameras are on and if the attendee requests that the feed not be shared publicly, there is a legal obligation from the service provider to comply.

Currently #3 does not exist with Meetings. The only option is turn off all cameras or show all cameras. But if you need to verify attendance (see #2 above), you are left with no options if using Meetings platform.

If anything, this SHOULD be a requirement to comply with GDPR and other privacy government and company policies.
