Ability to diable pop-up for started meetings in spaces

We need ability to disable/enable pop-up for a meetings started in spaces where you are a member. For example, we have space with 50 engineers from different departments and if we have an incident in infrastructure then we start meeting from space and use this space as chat. It is better then create separate spaces for each incident because all history in one space and if needed anyone from this space can join to discussion/conference easily. If incident is related only to small part of this team then all other see invite and join to conference, ask questions etc. Also they can be woken up at night
