User Community Feedback

I schedule various meetings for my supervisor. I record his meetings but just learned only he, host, will have access to the recordings. My supervisor is a busy person who will not have time to forward every single recordings. I find it ridiculous. Is there a feature that can be added to an assistant who has authority to schedule a meeting on behalf of his/her supervisor to have access to recordings?
