Webex Teams - Org Chart / Hierarchy

I'd like to be able to see who a person reports to as well as who reports to them. An org chart or hierarchy so I don't need to go back to Outlook to look it up.

Note: this already exists for on premise AD customers, but needs to work for Azure synced organizations.

AD Sync would not be helpful for our institution. We need Webex to expose a simple API for modifying job title, dept, contact info, and manager. This is similar functionality to what many other vendors provide.

We are swiftly loosing this capability in Lync/Skype. This is going to t be a huge negative impact on productivity.

@James, enablement needs to occur in Control Hub if you want it to show up in Teams profiles.
Do you have managerial data synced to Webex today? if so, you can enable your customer's for People Insights in here: https://admin.webex.com/settings

@Dennis, I tried following the directions from the link you provided but see nothing under "Services" to move forward. Is there something I can do directly in WebEx Teams?

Correct, this is only for On premise AD customers. I will update the ticket in Aha to reflect for Azure.

It does not already exist on Azure AD.

I went to the link and it does not allow for me to access the steps to view people. There needs to be a quick 2 click way to see

Why does this say it already exists? I can't tell who reports to who in webex. Show us please

This is not supported for Azure AD. Only on premise. This feature request is to provide parity in this function with Azure AD.

If it already exists, it might need to be revamped. It's not user friendly. Skype makes it so easy.

Thank you Dennis, but the steps provided are not available to me. When opening admin panel I only see "Customer" on the left. Services is not available.

Location and timezone would be very helpful as well.

Yes please include this! Lately I have been signing into my employee portal to look this information up as well as Outlook. It would save me so much time.

Organiser of meeting should have acces to mute all other participants.

I requested this a few months ago via in-product feedback. Seems like there is some mutual development work on both Webex and ADP, but worth it to make this happen!

This is exactly what I will miss the most about Lync. The ability to just search people by one or more words in their job title and being able to see people's job titles as soon as you find them. Networking is an essential part of our success at ADP and being able to find people based on their role is essential.

Great idea. I'd also say in addition to the org info, the contact info listed as well (desk/cell).

The org chart has been a critical part for gaining visibility to team management and peers, especially in other business units. It was invaluable. Please, please consider this a top priority. Since the shift it has been laborious finding the right internal contacts for escalations. This translates into longer wait times for Alex and resolution. Thank you!!!
