Improvements to floating participant video window when screen sharing

When screen sharing, the floating window that has the participant video reduces to a small square. It would be good to have it default to a larger size, as most users complain about needing to resize it each time.

Additionally, when you are screen sharing, the floating window could use a border so it isn't so hidden amongst the main meeting screen. It makes finding the resize corner harder than it needs to be.
