CMS permissions granularity

Would be great to have a more granular permissions management in the CMS so for instance you can create admin users who cannot perform TCPDumps as with the dump plus the password that is included in the signaling the media can be decrypted and leaked. As CMS does not provide E2EE would be a great way to have something similar.

    This granularity would be something similar to the options that are today available in other solutions like CUCM.
