Function to ask a colleague to "Call me back"

I am often in this situation where I want to call someone, but the person is hard to reach (busy the whole day with calls, meetings …). Usually I send a message and ask for a call back when the time is suitable. This does not always work well because the person may have forgotten.

What I would like to have is a function where I have a "Call me back" option in addition to "Call via Webex" and "Call Work". The other person would then see my name with the note "Asked for Callback", just like how we see meetings in the space list when it's time to join.

Users want a callback function, like included in "Cisco Jabber" or CUCM, so that users have a possibility to receive a notification when a busy extension is available to receive calls.
