Webex Events New needs the same and even more reporting capabilities than Webex Events Classic.

Webex Events 2.0 (MVP = Minimum Valuable Product) lacks the required customer data (registration & attendee data) to manage all customer (new/existing) communication. Many Events are organized on Webex Events 2.0 platform during October-November-December.

The lack of Webex Events 2.0 Reporting is impacting our business dramatically.

Following support cases were raised with Cisco Webex Support:

    Agreed. Why is Webinars taking away functionality from classic Events?

    Assigned to Ehric to consider the request on report becuase we are moving site admin reports to Control Hub reports nativley.

    One of the most used report is the In-Event Activity Report. It provides Chat, Q&A and polling information of a recorded event.
