I’m no longer able to retrieve participants

I’m no longer able to retrieve participants from the lobby

When using the phone app on android or iPhone, once I allow people into the meeting and then place them in the lobby, I’m no longer able to see them waiting in the lobby and cannot bring them back to the meeting. This is a new issue that started around 10/21/21. It affects people calling into the meeting more than ones using the app. Please fix this as most of my clients call in.
