CUCM pickup group notification change

At this time, CUCM does not notify IP phones in a pickup group that a call has been answered to stop ringing. Thus, the notification of an incoming call to the pickup group will be exist for some time on the IP phones after the call has been answered.

It is desirable to change this behavior so that IP phones in pickup group stop the incoming call notification as soon as the call is answered.
