Call consultation: During a consultation if the client hangup, all the lines including CSR, client and consultation hangup. Only the client should leave the line.

Hi,

Here is the scenario.
CX call a CSR and the CSR make a consultation call.

If during the consultation the CX hangup the phone, all calls get drops.

This shouldn't happen and the CSR and consultation should remain active event if the CX hangup.
