Build integration for Grafana Monitoring Solution

The default Alarms/Notifications sent from the monitoring tool, "Grafana" are too advanced for the generic "Incoming Webhook Extension" for WebEx. (We currently have these alarms going into MS Teams, but anticipate losing access to MS Teams shortly)
As a vital monitoring tool, it would be good to be able to see these alarms going into Webex.
