Sharing a window should use the dimensions of the window and not the entire screen

I work with two 65inch TVs as monitors each with 3840x2160 resolution. Before using the large screens I used two 24inch screens with 1920x1080 resolution and had the same issue, but because of the larger screens it is more pronounced. I am unable to work efficiently using Webex to share screen content because I am forced to change the resolution of one of my screens to either 1920x1080 or 1768x992 so I can share from that screen. A problem exists because Webex uses the dimensions of the entire screen and not the window being shared. This problem is a severe impediment to my workflow.

I am attaching several images from both host and participant to illustrate the problem. Example is first given with Webex showing the problem, then example is given with Zoom which does not have the problem.

This shows my left screen only at full resolution and I will work from this screen. The Webex meeting portal is displayed with me as host and also me as participant with a laptop.

This now shows the window I plan to share, a Windows Explorer window.

In this image the host shared the entire screen and the Windows Explorer window which was previously shared can be seen in the same place.
