Add "Request Control" feature like Skype

If we add "Request Control" feature in WebEx, when someone is sharing/presenting their screen to me, I can able to get the access/control their system. Also add WebEx app in "Citrix" Application.

Every WebEx Meeting has that feature. You just need to right click on their shared screen and select Ask for Control.

Every Webex Meeting has this ability... when someone is presenting, there is a little floating toolbar on the far left, with 4 buttons in it. The second from top looks like a wireless mouse. Click it to request control. I help staff with this all the time. Works great! (Except when you start an application in the person's computer that has different privileges, like "Run as Administrator"...
