Set mobile number as authenticated device so it is recognised as internal

we have the setting enabled whereby guests wait in the lobby until admitted by the host. the issue we run into is we have senior leadership and noard members, who do not use the app and want to join by pstn only. but they are stuck in the lobby until they are admitted. this has resulted in several delays as sometimes the notification is delayed.

The users needs to be able to set a number or numbers to be recoginsed as authenticated so that they can join without any issue.

In addition, one issue we find with the mobile client is that if you navigate away from the app, it tells you that you need to return to the app to keep the meeting going, otherwise it disconnects.

    Since I am requesting this after doing a lot of testing and getting a lot of complaints from our senior leadership, id suggest this doesnt already exist. more than happy to speak to someone within cisco about this further.
