Poke People to Mute

When the presenter isn't focused on background noise, but other participants are distracted by users, give them the option to poke someone to go on mute. If that users gets multiple pokes, have their mic muted. Allow this feature to be turned off to prevent abuse.

Solution. Hosts and Cohosts have the ability to mute a person. Just mute them. If you are not sure who it is, just do a "mute all". It will mute everyone except the Presenter.

Similar to Tony's suggestion create a method of showing who recently spoke/made noise so that hosts and attendees can see either who is being bothersome or who just said that cool idea.

Or Cisco could make Co-Host role and allow a moderator to take care of this. Like you can in Zoom.

Suggestion: Highlight people who are "talking" or making noise while off mute, move them to the top of the attendee list, or show a list of active speakers with mute buttons on each one. That way the host could more easily find out who's talking and mute that person.
Sometimes someone might be off-mute and not be able to hear... think phone in pocket, or some other audio problem for the attendee. So poking them wouldn't do any good. Give the host more control and awareness of who is talking or contributing noise.
