Provide Notifications control to Host of the

Provide Notifications control to Host of the meeting.

Currently a local setting, for better control of meeting experience customer Pega (pega.webex.com) would like for the meeting Host to have over-ride options to how Notifications are set by meeting participants.

Please refer to the attached file for the configurations to control.
