Creating separate and customized user roles in Webex spaces.

The idea is to define a set of roles within a team (or even space) and assign those roles to particular team members and to be able to mention these roles in the chats so that all people who have the role will get a mention notification.

This should be applicable for space & team. So an individual user may have different roles from different teams simultaneously. Moderators should have an ability to assign/reassign/revoke roles within team (or even space).

    We'd like to be able to create and manage "alias" groups that can be @mentioned in a space, allowing us to tag the 10 of the 130 members of a space with a specific question or alert, without having to @all or list out (or even necessarily know) all 10 names.
    I'd also suggest having some default aliases available, such as "@moderators" and "@non-mods" that automatically update when those roles change, on top of being able to create custom ones like "@OnCallTeam" or "@engineers".
