"Seen by" per message UI visualization

Currently "seen by" or "read receipt" is shown for the last message. We get requests from our users that to have read receipt for each chat line. So that we can cross-check if the important chat is not missed. For group chats, it may be useful to have an icon at the end of each chat that can pop up and show the 'seen by' participants.
