Ringing on all devices when running Webex VDI under Linux Environment

Currently on an iGEL Client (also tested with a Linux Ubuntu Client), the ringotne for an incoming call is not comming from all device even if that option is selected in Webex.

Speakers won't be signaled by the ringtone and therefore, very often there is no ringtone via the Speakers, although it's set in the Webex App.

Testing with the MS Teams client shows the behaviour is not as in Webex adn the ringotne can be heard on all devices.

This idea proposes the ability for Webex to play the ringotne for any type of incoming call to all devices if that option is selected.

Currently only the device selected in the VDI Host plays a ringotone for a call

We do not obesrve the same behaviour when the VDI Host is running on WIndows machine and we want to replicate that behaviour on Linux hosted VDIs as well
