Holiday Enhancement Automation (Public Holiday Bulk Upload)

Currently it is a manual process (holiday routing)

Agents often forget to update the public holidays

Supervisors can do this, but are required to do this (in self-serve portal), by team, by day, by country. This takes a very long time and they would like a more efficient way to do this in Bulk e.g. at a country level.
