By design the approval rules for Webex Events (New) can be changed only once - each time we try to change them afterwards, the change does not take place. After changing the rules, they always get reset to the first ones.

There is a note on the Webex site saying: "Once a rule is applied to a registration record, no subsequent rules are applied to the same registration record." - that basically means once the rule is set, no other rules can be added/edited. If this is correct, then why is the option to change/edit the rules even available on the site - it is pointless and causes confusion.

In addition to that, the invited participants receive email notifications for the change in the approval rules where in fact, the change has not even taken place. So, that is another thing which is not working properly even if it's by design.
