VDI users to be able to use "Remote control" and "Request for annotation" with non-VDI users

The CU with Webex site URL:advantest.webex.comshared that their VDI users are not able to use the in-meeting features "Remote control" and "Request for annotation" when sending the request to non-VDI users in a Webex meeting.

The other-way-around scenario: non-VDI user can successfully request "Remote control" and "Request for annotation" to VDI users - works fine.

He requested to raise a feature request for "VDI users to be able to use "Remote control" and "Request for annotation" with non-VDI users.
