Reformat/Modify Transcript Format

Transcripts includes times above and between each sentence. If an individual has 10 or 20 consecutive sentences, times are included above / and between each sentence. Some sentences the words are divided prior to the end of the completed sentence and words are separated and placed on a separate line with a new time above the separated words. It is requested that the time listed above and between each sentence is removed, Only place times at the beginning/top of statements from each speaker. Further, words in the transcript are either misspelled (totally unrecognizable) or duplicated repeatedly, over and over and over.

It is requested that names of each individual that speaks in a meeting is placed above the beginning of the first sentence and times are removed from each sentence. Install a system that recognize and correctly spell words that are spoken. These changes will drastically decrease the number of pages for each transcript by 75%.
