Add alerts for Software Upgrade . Send mail notifacation before it pushes new Firmware

Currently the only alerts for devices in Control Hub are:

-Alert me when any device goes offline or online

-Alert me when any device has issues or issues are resolved

    1. Upcoming upgrade

    2. Upgrade successful and registered

    3. Upgrade failure and registered

    4. Upgrade issue and not registered.
