Update presence options to include 'Busy' or 'In a meeting'

When I have an Outlook calendar entry saying I have a meeting from 1 pm to 2 pm, I want the Webex app to set my presence status as "in a meeting" or "Busy".

'Busy' is only triggered if I'm in a meeting using my Webex app. I want "busy" to be triggered by the existence of a calendar entry in Outlook as well. Is this possible?

Currently, if we are physically in a meeting scheduled in Outlook but do not connect via Webex the presence is still 'available'. This leads to people thinking that you are available and will try to ring/chat, etc. when you are actually busy.

    I used to have this feature on my Webex app and it has disappeared. I would like to have this option added back to my profile.

    Is there any update on this? It seems to be working for only a few people in our company but not the majority.

    This is a basic corporate chat function of almost all other vendors. I find it annoying that other people cannot see I am busy without just setting myself to "Do Not Disturb". This should receive some more priority.

    We currently have a feature that is LA at the moment which allows a user to display that they are in a 'calendar meeting' if there is a meeting scheduled in outlook. This feature is being enabled ad-hoc through requests from CMS's at the moment. If you would like to reach out to me directly via email (ndaly@cisco.com) or through your respective CSM we can look at getting this feature enabled. Thanks for your feedback.

    Yes, this should work like how it did in Outlook. My users are also confused between Availability and Status.

    FYI, I found some information on gobeta.webex.com, where Abdul Rahman claimed: "This is feature is called "In a Calendar Meeting", this feature is available as Limited Availability (LA). Reachout to your CSM to submit a request to PM to enable this feature."

    would be very helpful! Currently you are available while in a (non-webex) meeting, the correct status should be "in a meeting" like Cisco Jabber does!
