Proximity should follow the "Default Join

Proximity should follow the "Default Join Options" for Microphone and Video Settings

We have espacially in Germany the request from Workers Council to offer an option to have the Video disabled per default when joining a meeting via proximity.

As there is already to option to set "Default Join Options" via the Webex App, proximity should take care about this setting.
