Microsoft Adaptive Card Latest Versions

Currently, Webex only supports microsoft adaptive card version 1.2 and 1.5 was recently released. My company uses the adaptive card feature extremely often and it reaches thousands of people throughout our company. It would be great to have the newer versions added to Webex support features.

    In the meantime we are takling about 1.6 and it's 2024.

    To make this work on a long term basis there has to be more speed in the development to be able to catch up to reality!
