User-Level Quality Reports in Control Hub

Currently on the Analytics page in Control Hub, we see the "Top 300 participants with Poor Voip Quality"

The customer wants a view of all the parameters affecting the call quality (like high CPU usage, jitter, latency) and not just Voip only. They also need to have the data in a csv file so they could track what could be causing it.

Customer would like to see a detailed user level report, of all the people impacted in a particular month (also repeated one's reporting poor quality), so that they can take necessary corrective measures at their end.
