To force a ANI when doing a outbound call

Currently when we are making a outbound call, we can go ahead without selecting a ANI.

I want to Call Center Desktop to force a selection.

    I would be nice to be able to "force" the agent to make an ANI selection before doing an outbound call. Having a "by default" outbound ANI is OK but not ideal!
