Wrap-up code by Qs

Hi,


Currently the wrap up codes that shows at the end of the call are link to the team that was affected. This is a good in general but can be challenging with you occasionally have agents helping on other lines that they are not usually on. ( hybrid agent)

So the idea is to have the wrapups follow the queu the call was originated from.
