    Admin response

Understood on how users are scheduling. We are currently investigating how this will interact with plans we have to change scheduling in the future.

Isnt this something that would still be possible if the user went to Outlook and opened up the invite? They would still be able to copy all the email addresses of the invitees.

Similar issue encountered with my customer(Court), they use webex URL to schedule and add all emails. Someone who is on webex app would be able to see all participants in the meeting and copy all their emails, which was the recent security breach. Attaching examples

Scheduling is undertaken via WebEx portal (i.e. not Outlook add-in)

This will be a tricky one to implement.

Would the request be to prevent all people copying the list totally or just people outside the organisation?

Should it be set at an organisational level or permit the meeting scheduler to decide?

At the moment, you can’t BCC meeting invitees. I wonder if enabling that would be a simpler approach. I am sure there would be a logical reason as to why that is not possible now, so I am not suggesting that is the answer. Just a thought.
