As I already said in the Cisco Community discussion, ideally, this should be a configurable setting. For example, one of the first things I always do when configuring a new computer for myself is moving my Windows Task Bar from the bottom to the top of my screen, so my pop-up items come from the top down, not from the bottom up. I.e., these things depend on the Task Bar location, which is configurable, so they should be configurable, too.
