i) The chat view "All/Direct/Spaces" lists chats always based on recent contacts. we should have an ability to change this sorting based on alphabetical order/first name/last name based on our preference.. also, we should have an ability to disable profile picture of the listed contacts.

ii) The "Activities" window which is on the top of each chat, takes up the space of the chat window.

You often have to use scrolling to view messages. user should have an option to hide this bar (including "messages", "profile" , "content", "+Apps") or move these to left side window whenever he needs.

iii) We need to have an ability to differentiate contact list and chats in different windows similar to Cisco Jabber "Classic" and "Modern" appearance.
