Make People Search Prioritize First then Last Name

When I search for people by their first and last name they do not always show up. Especially in cases where I am not positive of the spelling so I am entering a partial hoping for a suggested hit with a photo to confirm. This has also happened once where I know for certain I had the spelling correct and they still did not come up. In those cases, I am having to enter their User ID if I know it or their full company email address to get a result.

If you could change the relevancy results to prioritize the first and last name, and make suggestions on partials, for easier people searching it would be very helpful. Thank you!

    In an organization with over 9,000 users we utilize Middle initial's for the display name to differentiate between users with the same first and last name. without being able to search by first and last name or partial searches it makes it more difficult to be as efficient as our users would like to be.

    Agreed, very difficult to find someone if you don't have their last name or exact spelling. Would be ideal to be able to search bu first name or partial name to find someone. Thank you!
