Webex always displays a preview of a sent or received document (attachments) as a thumbnail. Same thing applies for URLs. These files are displayed almost entirely and occupies space, which makes it difficult to read messages in the Messages window (i.e reducing reading speed). There should be an option to disable this thumbnail view based on user's preference. The attachment should be displayed with a small application icon or with a first few letters of the document, the rest of the content can be viewed by clicking on the doc.
