Removing "Hand off to next" button from the web UI when there is only one interpreter

This idea is not about the app as such, but there seems to be no separate category for Webex controls used when participating in a meeting via web browser UI.

When simultaneous interpretation is enabled for a Webex meeting, interpreters have the "Hand off to next" button under "Other controls". The button is used to hand off interpretation to the next colleague in the same language pair. The Webex Meetings app has it implemented in a logical way; namely, whenever there is only one interpreter in a given language pair (either only one assigned from the very beginning, or after the other interpreters have left the meeting for any reason), that button is not there, and it only appears (or reappears) when there is more than one interpreter in that language pair. Things are different in a web browser (I have tested it in different browsers on different devices, so this seems to be a general problem about Webex web UI implementation): when I am the only interpreter in a meeting, I still have that button, and if I press it, I get a message saying that the request could not be executed (which is logical, since there is nobody to accept it :)).

It would be nice to have the same logic in the web UI as we have it in the app, i.e. "Only one interpreter —> No 'Hand off to next' button".
