remove registration requirement for cohosts

During one of the last updates to webex meetings, when registration is enabled for webex meetings, Cohosts now need to register for the meeting event when they are cohosts. It would be good for all cohosts that are invited to a webex meeting that requires registration to just be added automatically and able to simply receive a meeting request with the details to join.
