Any time a user clears their cache, uninstalls/reinstalls Webex, or opens webex on a new device, they lose access to search results and pinned messages older than a few days, and have to manually scroll back in each space in order to get the local client to download the space history. This is time consuming and inefficient.
There needs to be a button somewhere to "sync cache" that would download the rest of the space history - ideally for ALL spaces, but at the very least for each space - so that I can search for a conversation I know happened a few months ago and actually get results instead of having to guess which space it happened and manually scroll back for several months in hopes that my search results will populate.
This is also important for new space members to be able to see important information that has been pinned for all users before they joined the space!
