Support for Cloud Proximity in SIP meetings or 1:1 SIP calls.

Webex devices linked to Webex Edge are unable to share via Cloud Proximity when using sip protocol.

This limits the sharing capabilities since the customer has to decide between using wireless proximity/SIP or WebEx Protocol/ Cloud proximity.
