Sycc Initials via Directory Connector to prevent bad Initials in Webex App and Meetings

Currently Webex App is using the Displayname and WEbex Meeting the First/Lastname to generate Initials.

This is not good as there might be combinations which shouldnt be used (e.g. SS,...)

Solution: Enhance the Directory Connector with the option of syncing an additional Attribute for Initials.

The Enterprise Org can set then the correct Initials in AD/AAD which are then synced to Webex (App and Meetings).
