Webex takes longer than expected to send messages(it's not all the time but very often). We cannot wait minutes to report issues or ask for support for example.
Please send feedback as this sounds like a bug, not a feature ask. We need to examing logs and identify the issue.
Not only the messages are sent after a couple of minutes, but they are sent in non chronological order. The recipient of the message should show his skills for reassembling puzzles in rearanging the messages in the chronological order...

Hi Team, how we can proceed further as we would like that this bug should be better investigated as it affects our communication . If this isn't the right place to state that, could you please be so king and give us a link where we can open a defect. Thank you.

Like the other 2 people commented, the messages take too long to be sent and they are not received in the right order. Plus, the images take way longer than the messages and when received they do not load for the receiver.

Message sent at 15:58. Received at 16:00. Sometimes it takes even longer, 5 > minutes.

And not only that they are not sent immediately , but they are not sent in the right order
