as per current design, customer user webex personal room meeting number and access code are fixed and not possible to edit or modify it

sometimes, customer share those number's to many people and feel that it might get spammed and we have very less control of people joining personal room meetins with audio only.

please provide option to change personal room number to site admin, without having the user details deleted and recreat it
