The customer looking forward to canceling a Webex meeting using the Webex meeting mobile app and send a cancelation email to the host and attendees to be removed from their calendar.
Where is the user scheduling the meeting?
Canceling the meeting works today if the meeting was originally scheduled from the Webex Meetings mobile app or Webex website scheduler. What does not work is if the meeting was scheduled from the user's 3rd party calendar system (e.g. Microsoft Outlook to Exchange or Exchange Online or Google Calendar.)
We are looking at allowing a user to schedule, accept, tentatively accept, decline, or cancel meetings from the Webex app mobile application in the future.
