A standard functionality in Outlook is that it checks emails and meeting invites for the "attachment" keyword. When the user clicks the Send button and there are no attachments, Outlook asks the user whether attachments are missing before sending the email or meeting invite.

A common oversight is that meeting invites are sent without the WebEx meeting info included. To improve the WebEx Meeting's user experience, consider adding a similar functionality in the WebEx Outlook plug-in. When the user drafts a meeting invite with the "WebEx" keyword in the location, subject or body and the WebEx meeting info is not included, the user is prompted for whether a WebEx meeting is missing before sending the meeting invite.
