Sometimes virtual cameras do not show up for Webex users. We believe this can be caused by a setting in WebEx which sets the media framework you use to capture the camera feed. There are two options, MediaFoundation and DirectShow. MediaFoundation is the newer one, but it only supports physical cameras. Changing the setting to DirectShow should make virtual cameras appear. You could fix the problem by opening virtual cameras with DirectShow, even when MediaFoundation is set as the default (other vendors do this too).
